Gail's educational beginnings were at Hannibal Square Elementary School, 1st through 6th grades, and then graduating to high school, where she attended Hungerford High for four years. Integration in 1966 caused her to move to a closer school, Winter Park High School where she graduated. She later attended Valencia Community College and received an Associates of Arts Degree.
She was a lifelong dedicated member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. In her adolescent years, she was a devoted participant of the youth choir. Later she served as a Youth Sunday School Teacher where she taught middle school children for sixteen plus years with collateral duties in the "Welcome Ministry".
Gail was a dedicated civil service employee for an excess of thirty-four (34) years with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and U.S. Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division. During her time there she received numerous certificates, citations and awards.
