Mother's Day Tribute 2005

May 8, 2005. Bethel was treated to a beautiful and inspirational Mother's Day Tribute on Sunday. The morning started with presentations to the Mothers and Grandmothers of Bethel. Each mother and woman of Bethel was presented with a live red rose. A skit entitled, "Hats of a Mother" was presented that depicted all of the jobs that a mother has to do. Each job or function was depicted by placing a different hat on Sister Chauncie Hines head. When the skit ended Sister Hines wore 15 different hats. The message for the day, "The Role of the Christian Mother" was presented by Deacon Henry.

A special presentation was made to Sister Toni Law to recognize "The Special Mother of Bethel". A plaque was presented for Sister Laws contributions to Bethel and her commitment to rearing her children in a Godly manner - raising them to be obedient, responsible Christian children of Bethel.

The day ended with a solo written by and sung by her husband, Brother Anthony Law.
